Our Head Chef has years of experience abroad and here in the UK, cooking a large variety of seafood. From his worldwide travels he has discovered a passion for fish and seafood.
Over a two week period he is going to showcase what he has learnt and created with a ever changing specials menu. The specials board will have a large selection of our chef’s creations for you to try and enjoy. Chefs favourites include lobster, scallops, halibut, and more unusual varieties like Mahi-Mahi, Wahoo and Parrot fish.
You can stay with us for two nights dinner bed & breakfast and dine with us from our specially created Seafood menu and our main evening menu.
Stay in one of our spacious en-suite hotel rooms and enjoy 40mile views down the valley, a large superking size bed, seating space and flat-screen tv.
Roll out of bed each morning and enjoy a full continental selection and a hot selection including a hearty locally sourced yorkshire breakfast.
The package includes 2nights in a double or twin en-suite room for 2 people, dinner and breakfast both days for £279.
A one night package is also available midweek to include DBB for £149 per room.
